I’ve recently been forced to change email provider.
I’ve been able to change the email on the ‘forums’ but I don’t see a way to change specifically the email under which the programs are registered. Is there a way to do that separately? Or does changing it on the Forum side do the same on the ‘program’ side…

I’ve updated your (download) login email address using the one you used here and which was also included in your auto-reply (to the update notifications). Could you please verify that you can log on to the download page.
Both places can use different ones, so it’s not automatic.

Thanks for this. I’ve used my new email address successfully so the change you have made has worked.
Interestingly on successful login it says to me “welcome *****************@ubc.ca” (i.e. it calls me by the old email address). However this isn’t a functional issue so that’s ok!

Some advice to avoid spam: don’t publish your e-mail address in forums.

Yup… as that address will shortly be non-functional I didn’t think too carefully through the issue but even in that circumstance it was still unwise. Thx for deleting it.
